EQUATOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CENTER LUGAZI UGANDA. Back Ground of the Organization. We deal in Technical Training With Emphasis on Carpentry,Tailoring and Weaving,Brick Making and Hair Dressing. Its a limited liability company .Our customers are the people of Uganda,with or with out any formal education . Our market will be central region,both male and females .Our idea originates from a big school dropout rate after Primary leaving exams.being entrepreneurs will enable us to create self employment to others trained ,improve the gdp,make me wealthy ,and improve the standards of living .We will succeed since we are trained teachers. MISSION. CREATION OF SELF EMPLOYMENT .-TARGET MARKET[CUSTOMERS] SEGMENTATION. Target market[customers]segmentation. Who are our customers in of importance? our main customers are; 1-Fresh students with qualifications of primary leaving examinations[P.L.E] and above. 2-Youth groups in various locations in Uganda. 3-Sacco's in Uganda. 4-School drop outs with no formal qualifications. N.B -What makes our customers important in our business? Our customers are very vital for our business in the following aspects; 1-They bring in cash that acts like the blood of our business .The cash inflows will be used to pay suppliers ,pay off staff salaries and wages,other day today expenses and meet future capital investments. 2-The customers once satisfied with our services will do publicity for our business and also do repeat sales. 3-Our business cannot exist without them. 4-Our current customers act as abase of reference in future when soliciting new business, 3- INDUSTRY.
